Subject: Filming at Baraca


Hello its Suzie again thanks for your reply i was starting to get a little worried. We are producing a ten minute film as our graduation film (meaning our entrance into careers after university)

The story of two East European women making the journey to England. The film will screen internationally at festivals as our previous films have done well, it will be on television also as director Rob Brown has already had two of his movies on television, i have high hopes for this movie! I hope you an help.

Baraca is a perfect location we will respect your restaurant 100 percent. We would need it for Sunday 16th from 12.00pm until 6pm? Is this ok. I will offer a deal at £100 for the location if you could provide some food for our cast and crew of 25.

I can send you the university's insurance form. and a contract from the university to sign so you can see a little bit more what it is about just saying that you have given us permission.

We can meet (i will also bring the director along hopefully) at 4.00 on the wednesday we will come to Baraca. I left the university contract in the pack at Baraca but on the shoot day i will bring talent release forms which will always be to hand if anyone has any worries or problems im sure they will be jumping in front of the camera pulling faces hee hee

The director will explain his story/vision to you so you can get an idea.

Subject: Dinner for 30 on the 14th December!!


Hikmet, I am so pleased that we were able to come to Baraca for our party!!

Your staff made us all feel very welcome and put everyone in a relaxed frame of mind straight away and didnt mind that we "took over" your restaurant!

The food was delicious, everyone has been very full of compliments about their meal!  There were some of the group who had never tried Turkish food before, who really enjoyed what they had chosen and will definitely be trying it again!!

The impromptu dancing was totally brilliant and the members of the group who danced with the young ladies, really enjoyed being able to try something new!

All in all, it was a perfect night, and I really can't thank you enough for making it so wonderful for us.

Thank you again and look forward to visiting the restaurant again in the future.
